Request for a virtuous,professional and decent in lieu of virulent, discord conduct and behavior from Church street , Ackermans Store Manager
This is to let Ackermans stores know again that the Store Manager of Church Street, Pretoria Ms. Tebogo Malope will be bringing the store in disrepute when I will be escorted by the South African Police Services to deliver again for the third time the letter of demand. Ms. Tebogo Malope failed repetitively to honour her promise and pledge as per your instruction from May 22 & 08 July 2019 series of events and your instruction to solve the subject matter amicably.
The letter of demand or procurement of personal belonging is still (unsigned) and items not delivered to my attention by the service provider through Ms. Tebogo Malope. Subsequently Ackermans stores has failed to apologize for Ms. Tebogo Malope (unprofessional,bad conduct and her rude utterances during operating hours) when I have not and I repeat cause any violence or disturbed the stores operations.
I will proceed with been escorted by the South African Police services to serve her with the aforesaid Letter of Demand at work place as the SAPS requires a address or premises name where I will be escorted to and Tebogo's work place is place that I know and subsequently I have not ask her where she resides currently for security reasons and for my protection.
This exercise is to make sure in my endeavours I do not subscribe to or been falsified for Gender Based Violence and Harassment what the Republic is also on High alert and have Hot buttons and it is not my forte as well. My request and bona-fide reason is to have my personal belongings returned period. In your communique with Ms Tebogo Malope kindly emphasis this that the exercise is to get my belonging perturbed period and not personal issues as I have excused myself from her over a year ago.
My theorem request from Ms. Tebogo Malope is to refrain from uttering incorrect verbatim. Distorting the truth about Me in her exercise and utterances are incorrect and convoluted yet baseless.
I Kindly and fervently appeal to her again to stop mentioning and deeming this as am a unhappy and bitter estranged as it is not personal but request for her cooperation and returning my personal belongings, which am having difficulties with her expediting the return and signing the conditions of the letter of demand from Department of Justice in lieu of her attacking me with erratic verbiage,distorting the truth about me and my personal life and with her Ackermans staff.
Albeit this unprofessional conduct of Tebogo Malope is same as she failed to uphold her H.R. responsibility as a manager and violated the Labour law by disclosing the sensitive, medical and personal employee information in the name of Boitumelo Msimago who Tebogo spoke about Boitumelo Msimago personal life outside Ackermans as it's her bona-fide responsibility not to discloses such sensitive and medical information of anyone and not bring Ackermans stores in Disrepute. Again please let her know to stick to the subject matter of returning my personal belongings only and not uttering anything outside the subject matter and have them returned,procured and delivered by service provider to the forthcoming address. I have no interest to contact with her at all after signing letter of demand period and procurement of my personal belongings.
Kindly note am not vex or perpetuating any form abuse, harassment as my request of this exercise is over 1 year with virtue and benevolence but Ms.Tebogo Malope disregards,stalls,parks and ignore to return my personal belongings.
I try to understand with imperfect knowledge which apex does Ms. Tebogo Malope wants to take this exercise and supersede civil-ness yet there is no sensible reason to veto the return of my personal belonging or with there's an element of equivocation in her thesis.kindly note am tying so much to close this chapter with virtue in lieu to let it fast improve to be useless,unprofessional,bad conduct and rhetoric.
My last request is that when i come to Ackermans Church street with SAPS during operation hours to deliver the letter Ms. Tebogo Malope's demeanor must be virtuous,professional and decent in lieu of virulent, discord conduct and behavior. My request is Ackermans to make sure that the aforesaid request and exercise is expedited smoothly and on the day Ms Tebogo Malope conduct is as per request.

If the exercise was persona I would have not complain to Hello Peter about unproffessional, rude and arrogant conduct of the incumbent Ms Tebogo Malope which was witnessed and displayed in front of her colleagues Ackermans staff. My bonafide request is to have my personal belonings be returned and whether Gender Supiority is exercised by incumbent Ms Tebogo Malope based on the fact that the incumbent still lie about me with colleagues in lieu of handling this matter outside Ackermans.
Amongst other if I was personal I would have gonna directly to the sources such as Boitumelo Msimango and advised her to file lawsuit as incumbent Ms. Tebogo Malope and Ackermans has violated H.R. and the labour law by Her disclosing her medical and chronic records outside Ackermans. Which is more serious and violation of labour law.
I am not goin' to deliberate further about this issue as I told the caller that this exercise could have been superseded by the incumbent Tebogo Malope's virtue, benevolence and professional conduct of which the caller as well do not have clue of professional and code of conduct in lieu of been defensive.In
closing as I have advised that the South Africa Police are there to escort me to submit my letter of demand at Ackermans Church Street of which if the incumbent demeanor was of virtue,civil,decent n cordial way and again this exercise and tandemly of bringing the S.A.P.S. will have not been necessary.
I would like to close this matter as per aforesaid that I will bring the letter of demand with SAPS at Ackermans Store in the next work week to oversee this exercise in lieu of been depicted as a demagogue as it not my methodology.
