Replacement/Refund
On the 25 of March 2019 I bought a phone Premio for R1000 at Highland mews in Emalahleni and on the 25 of April it didn't want to switch on even when the battery was full 28-29April I took back the phone for repairs which they said 3weeks.I got my phone back on the 4 of June 2019 no one called with any feedback cause on the 27 of May it was still with the Technician. This phone won't last me this year alone only had it for a month went in for repairs a month and still it's giving me More problems than before. It switches it's self off now and than not a phone to wake you up to work. Application would just stop running and which I need to take out the battery for both problems everyday. Two days after I got it, it switched its self off and showed the green andriod facing up with a red eclamation saying error. The phone has a problem I need a replacement,I had it for a month and it took a whole month in repairs but still it's not fine,i really need another one or Refund cause it's still a new phone hence I'm saying this one won't last this year.
