Refusing to cancel my laybuy with my ID because i lost my receipt

I made a laybuy on Ackermans using my ID now i want to cancel the laybuy and i lost my receipt but i have my ID but they refused to pay my money back they want the receipt but their policy says you can cancel the laybuy with the Id and get you cash.
