Refused access to the store during working hours

Today 30 July 2025 at 16:20 I was at your Ackerman’s store in Florida at corner of Goldman and 2nd avenue. At this time the security lady at the entrance had already closed the door and refused me entrance to the store, at the time there were still a lot of customers still in the store most of which were queuing. I tried to signal her attention to my phone to show that I wanted for her to see something on my phone through the window to which she completely ignored and went about her business to standing in the middle of the store doing completely nothing. What I tried to show her was an SMS on my phone indicating that I have a lay-bye that was due to expire today and all I needed was 1. To speedily pick the lay-bye up and leave without waste of anyone’s time or 2. Make arrangement(s) and/or confirm if it will still be possible for me to get the items the following day. The entire time I was standing at the door she just kept looking through me as if I was not there and refused to take note of me.
