Refuse to clear my name after I had payed then

I was having an account with them I lost my job and I did go to them to report the matter but no one assisted me,So they tell their lawyers to confronted me I made a plan and pay them,So now my problem is that they are refusing to remove my name at credit burue I don't know why,They got poor service
