Refund of white pants I didn’t even wear

I went to Ackermans woman on Tuesday at The Grove and purchased white pants when I got home sadly the pants didn’t fit I went yesterday to get a refund I was told that they will not take the pants as on the top while I was putting on it they say it’s dirty and they won’t refund me my money I was there yesterday and today and when you fit something white even in the fitting room it can be like that so I’ve been there yesterday and today and feel that my matter is not been taken seriously as I didn’t even wear the pants and want my refund because even they can see that I did not wear those pants
