Refund not credited after a month being promised

I made an online order and couldn't collect due to some cultural believes which have to do with pregnancy... My order was then canceled on the 07 November and I was promised an automatic refund... After weeks of calling and sending emails so Ackermans store, my money still haven't been refunded to me... I made a Laybye with them hoping to bail it out with that money and still my money isn't in... It's the 16th on Saturday and my childs outfit is stuck there... I've called asking to speak to supervisors but they also failed me... What they did to me really hurts... I've been using my airtime to call and still nothing...
