Refund issue

I purchased a swimsuit for kids online and opted for a store delivery. Unfortunately, due to unforseen problems, I could not go and collect. They returned the product and I was told that they will process my refund (This was on the 22nd of April). Till now, there is nothing and when I call the customer care line, I'm told the line is breaking and they just drop the call and not assist.
