Refund for over paid account

I over paid my account at ackermans clothing online twice and in-store once now it's been 2 weeks waiting for my refund last communicated with me on the 30th of January telling me they will pay after 5-7 days even today im still waiting no communication 😞😞😡 Ackermans im so disappointed
