I have been experiencing issues with Ackerman online customer care for a whole two week now, and unfortunately, ackermans head office has failed to resolve my complaint. This reflects poorly on the company and indicates a lack of concern for customer satisfaction. I strongly believe that the disrespectful and don't know if they don't want with my refund
