Refund

I did a laybye at Ackermans Vosloorus chrishani on the 6 of April 2025 and I paid R500 cash . So today 17 June 2025 I decided to go and cancel my lay bye since I can see that I will nolonger manage to pay it. The laybye has not expired yet and their terms and conditions on the internet says if you want to cancel a laybye brang ID document or license and they will refund and if laybye is expired they will give a voucher. So I went to the store to get my refund of R500 and had my original ID document. I am so disappointed at how the store manager Tebogo treated this matter he didn't even Try to call the head office to find out what do we do with such matter ,he just wanted to give me a voucher and not MY MONEY.
