Refund

Laybuyed clothes for kids and some items didn't fit them..Went to ackermans to ask for refund since I bought cash, hoping to get my cash back and go buy at other retail stores.

I was told they can't give me cash. They can only give me an ackermans voucher

I paid cash why not refunding me my cash back.

Whoever came up with this policy must look at amending it,if people bought with they're store account and they get voucher as refund I would understand. I bought with cash yes it was a laybuy but I paid cash why can I not get my cashback for refund.
