Refund

I have a layby at ackermans tlhabane square my layby expired on 28 October and i went there to get my refund today but i got a bad service ever and was not assisted with my layby .i wanted for my turn on the line and then got to the tills and explained to the guy that my layby is expired and i know that i am entitled to 1 month grace now i am there to cancel it, he asked for slip i didn't have but i had my id , they told me to wait and assisted other customers who were at the back and the i was told by the manager that they can't help me without a slip even if i have my id they say they won't give me my money back i should buy something in store yohh they made me feel like i want their money and it's my mine guy yoh i am so hurt don't think I will ever shop at ackermans again their service is bad guy
