Refund

My order was delivered to a wrong store and after asking for a reroute i was told its not possible and i asked to cancel and refund my money.Ackermans online service is so bad that after waiting for almost a month to get my refund im still running after them so that they can give me my money.it takes them forever to just refund a mistake that was done by them.
