Refund

yhooo. i cant believe that Ackemans at Pavillion does not want to refund me my money that they took out of my account twice. i went for shopping there at Ackermans, when i was paying the i swipped my card i guess there was an error with their speed point the cashier said to me the payment did not go through let me swipe again , i swiped again and the slip printed........ but later when im checking on my phone i see or saw that the money went out twice.....i informed them of this, they said no i must not worry the first one will reverse back to my account. that was on the 24th of May up until now its not yet on my account. they are sending from pillar to post. can i get my R1051 back please
