two weeks back i went to ackermans bloed mall in pretoria, the aim was to pay off my account and close it..

i paid R400+ EXTRA and i told them i wanted a refund, i gave them everything form the id copy,bank statement they told me that it will reflect on my account within 7 days but im still waiting

ackermans i want my money back
