RECIEVE INSULTS AT ACKERMANS AT DISCOUNTED RATE

Having visited there Cellular Store at Mall of Africa, the sales consultant had thought it a joke by referring to my surname and insinuating that I'm a "****"- The consultant went further with her insults by calling staff from the back office to come and see. I had reported the matter on there website and I was promptly phoned and told that I will receive further communication from them the same day and apologies where tendered. As of date hereof, no return call or correspondence was received. The mere fact of the matter is that Ackerman's actions seem to be condoned by management. Thus the consumer is best advised to take care visiting Ackerman's as you might find yourself a recipient of crimina injuria and insulative behavior from staff and condoned by management and there structure. I for one will step-aside from there stores and staff.
