Receiving someone else's account statements and requests for outstanding payments
I keep getting mails for someone else's account, I have sent mails to the people responsible for sending it and I logged a online complaint for the last 2 months, they dont keep peoples account details/info confidential, very pathetic I dont even have an account with them, I mailed something once as a favour and deleted it immediately.
