RATCHET CASHIER VIELWA MKWA****

I decided to go to Ackermans at roodepoort on van wyk street.

I was assissted by the most abnoxious cashier ever she was rude and most definitely did not want to do her job she kept on mumbling when i repeatedly told her that i cant hear she told me am making noise and that she is doing me favour by paying dstv account as they are "supposedly offline" when i laughed at the fact that she was being sacastic she to decided to be rudely told me that i shouldn't be laughing as she is tired and rolled her eyes at me. She is unprofessional , rude and lacks customer service.

She lacks empathy and sympathy i mean we stand in the que for more than 30 minutes only to receive such appalling service. I guess Ackermans need to teach their staff basic soft skills.
