I was in your Festival Mall store yesterday, and was disgraced racially by<br> your staff opening new accounts, I did leave my details with the Store<br> Assistant Manager (Gedrude) for the Regional Operations Manager to call me.<br> I had made a cash purchase of R400 yesterday.<br> I have not had any call as yet.
