R354 refund

i went to akermans store at maponya mall to close my account ,because oldmutual have already closed it on my behalf .i was asked to wait for 21days off working days so that they can transfer the difference back to my accounting ,i sended them my bank statement ,proof of payment and id copy till today i havent received my refund
