R1000 ACKERMANS GIFT CARD USED WITH CARD IN MY POSSESSION
After putting money on the 19/12/2019 in an Ackermans Gift Card saving for winter clothes for my 2 children.Today 21/03/2020 i go with the intention of buying the clothes at Ackermans new town junction.Only to be told that the gift card was used on the 06/03/2020 at Education Centre in Johanesburg CBD, I live in Boksburg and work in Alberton from 08:00 till 17:30.I have the card in my possession together with the receipts of the loading dated 19/12/2020.How does a gift card get used when i have it in my possession .Maybe its about time Ackermans thinks about security when it comes to gift card or cancel them completely.CAN I HAVE MY R1000 BACK MY CHILDREN NEED WINTER CLOTHES.

11 Jul 2020, 13:31so after i received an email to fill in a dispute form on the 30 March 2020 and send through to the ***** department .Which i did till today i have no feedback.I have been getting calls telling me that someone will call me.
And i get these calls only when i call to do a follow up .On days when i do not do a follow nothing.
This is so frustrating now.That R1000.00 was suppose to be for my children's winter clothes.
I am really asking for feedback please guys can you please put yourself in my shoes
