Quality of their clothes is bad yet price is high! Staff's attitude stinks.

The ladies working in Ackermans woman in Megacity are so rude, I went there to exchange a jacket that was bought for me as a gift, but I was bought in pavilion. The jacket's zip just fell out. Still has a price tag, never been used. Besides the product defect, the staff also have a bad attitude, the ladies working there as I tried getting their attention because it was 25 min before the shop close. The door was closed already, one of the Ladies came opened for me, the rest of the ladies in the front were already shouting why she opened because they are closed and had finished cashing. Yet there was still in gentleman shopping inside who still needed to pay, they ****. Went in asked them to exchange the jacket told them it was a birthday gift. Obviously I won't have a slip. One promised that they can help, the one in charged said no they cannot happen. They asked where was the jacket bought I said I think it was Pavilion. They said go back to pavilion. Not giving me a chance to explain that even the person who bought this jacket in not around, she's from the South Coast. They still didn't care but to only told me they don't have time coz they are rushing to go home. As I went out of the shop they started laughing. Yesterday afternoon going pass the shop, I said not nothing to them, didn't even greet them, they started picking on me throwing nasty comments. It's the second time I've had problems with the shop. The staff is rude! If possible Ackerman's must try and train their workers on customer service more! They have no manners of addressing customers.
