Quality / Bad Service

On the 25th of May I bought a jacket from Ackermans in Sky City mall for R250. My son wore it on Tuesday 28 May 2019, when he came back from school the side part was torn. I asked my younger sister to return it as they was something wrong with the manufacturer of the jacket. I asked to change it to the same jacket as I fell in love with it. My son wore it again on 4 June and when he came back it was torn on the side. same as the previous one. My disappointment is that Ackermans complains when you take it back and I think they should deal with the issue of the manufacturer. I have been buying clothes at Ackermans and now after experiencing their service, I am so disappointed that you can buy a child jacket for R250 and in 2 days it's torn into 2 pieces and when you take it back, they question that they cannot exchange because he wore it and how was I going to find out about the quality if he didn't wear it. Has Ackermans become so cheap in way that the Chinese Fong Kong are becoming better than their quality? I am so disappointed on them failing to investigate the quality of the R250.00 jacket for a 5 year old but to complain that "he has wore the jacket" in 2 days? It is a hotel that you sleep and your money is done, clothing should last a bit longer and Ackermans should stop selling Fong Kong jackets for R250 especially for kids. Now I lost my R250 and have to start looking for another money to buy another jacket and they cannot change it. It sucks
