I bought a few things from Ackermans campus square a few weeks ago and got a scratch card to claim a prize as my purchase was over R300. When scratching the scratch card I won a R50. A few days goes by and I visit the campus square store to but something and redeem my discount of R50 as per my scratch card. Nobody in the store knew how to redeem it. I then tried redeeming it at the Eldorado park and trade route mall Ackermans and nobody knew how to redeem it there either. Trade route at least tried to contact head office with no joy but that comes with no surprise as I emailed them enquiring about this same scratch card and to this day I have not recieved feedback. I even left the scratch card at trade route mall out if frustration and just paid the full price for my goods. How do you promote something when nobody knows how it works. I've wasted so much petrol,time and energy and have decided that they don't value me as a customer so I'll spend my money elsewhere.
