promo offer not delivered

I bought a phone in Aug 2015 which was to come with 100 mb vodacom data. Its Oct now and I have still not received my data. I contact ackermans, I was told to email the imei and sim card numbers and I would be sent the data in 24 hours. Jillian september was the contact person, she has not given me any feedback at all. The service is horrific, even when I contacted the store in ottery I got no results. All I want is my 12 months data, whether they send me airtime or the data, I will not be dooped.
