Long story short Thank You to Mathew Perumal and Carol (Please excuse spelling errors if it's wrong), for the record Mathew from another area saw the first complaint and then the second and decided to do something about it together with Carol.

To Ackerman's higher management these two are shining examples. Reward them and keep them close and let them teach all other employees about CPA first but mainly about how the customer is always right. I agree they and we in both tenses are not always but remember you are human to you would be just as upset. So stop hear the customers circumstances and then try your best to help don't make things worse by trying to take that customer for a fool.

Secondly and most importantly these two shining employees saved your brand and a heavy law suite by doing their job and following the laws.
