Price error & bad customer service

What a poor service I got at Ackermans woman East point branch , I was there Sunday & today its Wednesday and I'm still hurt by the rudeness I got from a lady that was at the till with a brush cut hair. I got a jacket on the the hanger that was marked down to R79 & she denied it at the till that there is no way that a 2023 jacket can be marked to that price. I didn't put the price tag the workers did , I asked for it because that's the price I saw & got , she denied it at that time I don't understand how is that my problem. Are they not taught that a customer is always right ? Are they not taught how to treat customers? Are they not taught that price tags are their responsibility? What a bad service and still did not get the jacket because I wasn't allowed to pay for the what they merchandising with .
