Premio X91

Good day My daughter got a Premio X91 about 4 months ago. Phone was working good but now for the pass week and half the phone has been giving problems. it don't want to charge it says "battery temperature to low stop charging" if I shut down the phone to charge it gives me 100% battery with a ! in the battery. Can't remove the battery because it is build in. What a waste of money you only get 3 months warranty on the battery
