Premio s85
My girlfriend bought a phone premio s85. The phone started to freeze with in 2 months time and the battery got drained quickly. The phone stated to delete photos and also the apps did not want to open sometimes. The battery got swollen aswell. When we went to ackermans to book it for service or return it. The manager told us we have to charge the phone when it's completely drained. When we wanted to return the phone hy ignored us and helped someone else
