It's been 2 weeks since I've laid a complaint about a PREMIO S50 cellphone which only ackermans sells.... I've yet to have any feedback or clarity on how this matter would be resolved... I'm sitting with a cellphone that won't charge due to the battery not working.... And can't find a replacement anywhere... This is unacceptable if I new that the battery lifespan of a PREMIO cell phone would only last a year then I never would have purchased it.... But this is the cellphone that they recommend in store.. I'm unhappy on how this matter is handled.
