Pregnant staff member merchandising on a step ladder

I am highly disappointed in the way the staff is treated. There is a lady who is heavily pregnant and she is on a step ladder packing clothes because she has been told that is her department and she is not sick she is pregnant. If anything happens and she falls who will be liable for her injury and of her unborn baby.

As a mother, and a store mainly catering for kids you would think the brand has an interest for pregnant women generally and their staff too. I am deeply hurt and utterly disappointed.
