Pregnant and not allowed to shop with a trolley

Hi. I would like to submit a complaint regarding Ackermans Daveyton Mall as I was rudely chased out of the shop because trolley are not allowed in the shop. I am currently 8 months pregnant and had just left pnp to buy some groceries, was I supposed to carry the bags by hand? Or was I supposed to walk out of the mall to the parking lot to left the groceries in the car before coming back to the mall again? I am extremely exhausted as you can imagine, the only thing I could ask the lady by the door is where can I at least up the trolley while I quickly go shop and rudely she said "I dont know, trolleys are not allowed".

I needed to buy baby clothes and at this point moving around for me is not very ideal. So I should go to shops far from my house to get proper customer service? Or move up and down the mall to leave bags in the car and came back. I am extremely disappointed.
