Praise to the Store Manager

My wife told me how her bad experience was turned to an amazing one by the Manager at Ackerman's , there was a very last Item that she liked but it didn't have a price tag, my wife spoke to the cashiers who refused to help, then she asked for a Manager (she forgot his name) who took over the till from that cashier and eventually gave her that Item at a very good price.

Id like to say thank you for going the extra mile, we need more people who value the service that they render to consumers.
