Port Edward Ackermans

Bought redmi from Port edward ackermans. After 2 weeks phone screen started with pixel lines on screen. I returned to shop where there was no effort in assisting and I was informed phone should be handed in for repairs? A brand new phone repaired? I declined as I work expat and needed a phone. There was also a smar****ch deal on the phone which I was not informed about. Phone still in my possession, brand new and not operating. Wasted a quick 2 grand. Pathetic service and poor customer care. I would like a refund on this phone so we can part ways. Will never buy from Ackermans brand again.
