Poorest service ever

Ever since i bought my sister birthday clothes three weeks ago online even today my status is still stuck on one place which is order picked up. I will never ever buy from Ackermans online or either Ackermans because the store failed me. The store doesn’t even apologise or either tell me what’s going on they just quite. and this store its a **** yooh i am regretting myself from trusting them with my younger sibling’s birthday clothes😩refund me my money and i will go and buy on stores that cares and deliver their services
