Poor service received

I've been shopping at ackermans kwamnyandu for some time now and I never receive the good customer service, I am expertingmy first son and my husband really loves my precious son , but I can't take someone calling my precious son Ntsu, which is the product that womans uses for bad reason. The other day I was look for some help in preboys so I asked the staff who's name is sanele instand of helping me he was busy intertain girl that was being help by the other cashier, he said ishould look for my self if it not there which means it out of stock and I ended up get the size I've been looking for and when I asked for mananger who is name is Nana instead of listing towhat iwas saying she was more defending sanele he was wrong. So I decide not to buy there, when I was talking with other customer they sa they are in a relationship who date a staff member or it just ackermans work, or they just take poeple from the street and make them manangers without educate them about rules .I rather shop at ackermans megacity then kwamnyadu. Plz do something about them the mananger should be a mananger not defending her ***** work is work they should date out from work. I'm very ****ed of.
