Poor service *******ion and ****mers

Hi I’m very much annoyed and frustrated by Ackermans big time. So in November I did an eft payment to their account paying a R1000 to them then after a few days I receive a call from saying my account is in arrears I sent them proof of payment via email address they provided me with, till this day I keep getting calls from them and messages saying my account is in arrears and they will refer my account to debt collectors. Must I just forget about the R1000 they claim they did not get ?I work hard for this money it doesn’t come from the tree!!im very ****ed and I’m going to spread the word to every possible Ackermans account holder of this **** of a company!!!! You should be ashamed as soon as I send the proof of payment to them as requested they stopped communicating back with me to show that they are aware I have paid and they trying to **** me. The Ackermans management better answer to this because my next comment will be the screenshots of our communication via email!!!!!!!!!!
