Poor Service from Ackermans Greenstone

I did an layby at Ackermans Greenstone for School uniform last year November. In December on the 20 i went to go fetch my layby, but when i got there paid for the layby once they brought my stuff out there was item missing item, to be specific they took one School Shoe out, waited for over 30mins to be told that they can't find the shoe and there is no stock. They processed a refund for the shoe but service was poor and my plastic was torn also to show that it was tempered with. Poor service and don't think will layby at the store after such service received.
