Poor service

I went to Ackerman store in Auckland park this afternoon with my friend she went to the fitting room holding tshirts 3 iteam thy checked them,she was able to buy 1 cause others they didnt have size,when coming out of the door after buying they accused us of *****ing clothes and the guy was taking very rude to us we didn't have any plastic only the 1 for the 1 tshirt the services is very poor and I feel like I was abused for someone to say I ***** while he dont have proof of evidence of it and he didn't even ask for the lady working there to check if we have cloths
