Poor service

I made an order for clothes for my 2 boys on the 12th November 2024, I never get any notification like normal to collect my parcel at the store i normally pick up at which is the store in khayelitsha CBD. I travked my parcel from the email i got from them to notify me of my order only to find out it has been sitting at the store in khayelitsha since the 20th. I was not happy with that but i didn't mind as they explained at the storw that there was a problem with receiving the parcel. Now I get home only to find out when i check the items that 15 items are missing , i compared the invoice i received on email together with the delivery note the items are short. I am beyond livid, i want my full refund and you can take your clothes.
