Poor service
I’m writing with a huge disappointment. I bought jackets with a value of R860. I didn’t receive my order .The courier just called me telling me that they have lost my package how did that happen? They telling me the delivery guys says he does know where he left the parcel that’s not my problem need my sons Jacket's as in like tomorrow

18 Mar 2025, 10:55How is possible that the delivery guy left the parcel where he doesn’t know? He needs to know who signed for it. I’ve never lost items where I stay it have never happened I’ve been staying here for 11years.
The delivery guy was at my complex on Friday and told the security by the name of Oscar that he couldn’t find my parcel that’s when I emailed the courier people and the guaranteed delivery today but then today they telling me the above story
