Poor service

I were at Wolmaransstad Ackermans on Sunday the 15th of October,with my daghter. The cashier,Hendrik,was very rude and speak in a matter that we can't hear what he said. I bought a dress,jean and pair of sandles. My daughter wants to wear the sandles after he has scan it. Then he told me she must wait till he was finish,so he could see if the transaction will go through.I have to asked him twice to repeat what he was saying, because he mumble and didn' t speak clearly. I mean,I wouldn"t go shopping if I have no credit availble. I don"t think they will see me again.
