Poor service!!

I'm not happy with the fact that the staff in the stores keep tagging the clothing on the material which makes holes in the clothes. This is not the first that I have raised this as I called Head Office before and I was informed that they not supposed to be tagging on the material but rather on the label. Once again I see stuff that I want to purchase but I refuse to purchase clothing with holes in it. Because when you wash it in the washing machine those holes become bigger!!! I even took a picture of it which I am going to post on social media. This is really unacceptable!
