Poor Service at Cresta Ackermans of all branches!

I went to the Cresta branch to exchange an incorrect size. Terrible service from the guy in the front.

He treated me like a ***; just took my clothes, told me to come in, and pointed in the direction of the till.

Please retrain the Cresta staff on basic customer service skills. I will no longer be going to shop at Ackermans. There's better service at Jet Cresta. Please keep that in mind.
