Poor service and bad attitude
I have been trying to get my statement from Ackermans sent to me via email since last week. I call everyday till today I haven't got one sent to me.... Ackermans sucks... I need the statement so the bank can settle the balance, but I cannot get it from them as they keep giving empty promises
