Poor service ackerments phalaborwa

Poor service. Bought a phone at ackerments phalaborwa on the 27 December 2025 and by the 28 I'm busy with the seting up my phone needed a password it's a Samsung A07 which I didn't set up. Even after taking out a Sim card it still needed a password. I have tried 0000 or 1234 it didn't work. 29 went back to the store and explained. They recon I'm the one who set up the password I insisted I didn't set up any password. They took in the phone now it's 9 days still im phone less.
