Poor service Ackermans Olievenhoutbosch

I wanted to buy the purple gown I called olieven Ackermans they said they have it when I went to the store they said it's finished I asked if they can check where I can find stock the lady took more than 2 hours at the back like really why wait for so long to just to check the stock at other braches? Why not add it to the app for us as your employees are lazy?
