Poor service
Poor service at Ackermann rustenburg mall. There is a long queue with four cashier in front of us and only one is assisting clients while others are cashing up , counting money right in front of clients. Can they not assist first.the store is only closing at 7 but people must wait while they worry about preparing to leave. Khumo is the one assisting them to cash up .is she a manager or what ? No .this is totally unacceptable. More than 20 people on the queue but we can only be helped by one cahiers since six o'clock the queue is not moving . No man.
