Poor service

Im extreamly dispointed in yoir store Mitchells town Center...... I called to confirm if they had da item i saw online as the it states online the store has stock the more i ask to set the aside for collections the more the person who answred the phone said she they dont have stock without me giving her info her name is Tasneema ....Your staff neeeds to learn to listen and hear to customers effectivly in order to assist and not just answer because they wanna answer....i work in a headoffice space where i deal with customer queries
